SERVICE TIMES
We gather for morning worship at 10:30 am, immediately after Sunday School (which meets at 9:30 am). We gather again at 6:30 pm for evening worship. And again on Wednesday, at 7:00PM. Our Porter Kids and Porter Youth also meet on Wednesdays at 7:00PM in the Fellowship Building.
PORTER YOUTH
Your student, 6th-12th Grade is looking for a place where they can belong – where they can fit in. Porter Youth Group is that place. Our teens gather for a time of fellowship, fun, and discussion of how God’s Word impacts their lives. They meet every Wednesday at 7:00 pm for fun, and worship. Your students matter.
PORTER WORSHIP
Everyone worships something. At Porter, we choose to worship God. We value worship, and strive to provide quality worship experiences where all people can dwell in God’s presence. We believe when you genuinely experience God, your life will never be the same.
LEARNING TOGETHER
You weren’t made to do life alone. We need others to come along side us, to encourage us, to support us, pray with us and care for us when things are tough. Being Part of a Church provides you with a small community where you study God’s Word and do life together. Porter provides such a caring community of believers.
PORTER KIDS
Your kids will love learning about Jesus in our safe and fun environments. We have age-specific classes every Sunday morning, at 9:30 am, and Kids Worship at 10:30. We also have Porter Kids every Wednesday at 7:00 pm. Your kids matter to God, therefore, they matter to us.
MISSIONS MINDED
At Porter, we believe that Jesus died for all people, everywhere. It is that conviction that fuels our passion for missions. Not only do we pray, but we also provide financially for missionaries all over the world. And some from Porter have served through short-term mission trips, locally as well as around the world.

Mark Price
Pastor Mark has served at Porter since 1999. He and his wife Deanna have been married since 1985, and have two adult daughters and four grandchildren. One of their greatest joys is to have their daughters and sons-in-law actively serving at Porter.
When not at the church, you will most likely find Pastor Mark enjoying time with family, reading a book, or spending time in his workshop.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do you offer for my kids?
We’re glad you asked.
We offer age appropriate learning experiences for kids of all ages during the Sunday school hour (9:30am), as well as a worship experience designed just for their age at 10:30am.
And then Porter Kids meet each Wednesday evening in the fellowship center. They are learning amazing things about God and His plan for their lives – ask them what they are learning!
What should I wear?
We dress casually at Porter, so feel free to come as you are.
Where are you located?
Our address is:
1343 Dixon Mill Road, Sciotoville, OH 45662
We are located just off of State Route 140, behind Gampp’s BP station.
What is a typical service like?
Our morning worship service (10:30am) is more traditional, with hymns that you might have grown up with. Most of our special music is more contemporary but not too loud. Our choir provides some of the special music, while other individuals contribute to the worship as well.
Our evening worship service (6:30pm) features more corporate worship and encourages everyone to dwell in God’s presence.
Both services take place in the Sanctuary in the main building and lasts about an hour and five minutes.
What times are your services?
We offer two worship experiences every Sunday.
We meet for morning worship in the Sanctuary of the main building at 10:30am.
Our evening worship service also takes place in the Sanctuary at 6:30pm.
Will you ask me for money?
Short answer, no.
We do give our regular attendees an opportunity to support our ministry each week. But we never expect our first-timers to give. Don’t worry—there’s no pressure.
